"Green Code" is a voluntary service technical platform created by Alibaba Cloud engineers to align philanthropic needs with technical capabilities. Over 330 philanthropic organizations have registered with Green Code, and over 6,000 charitable geeks are now working for the philanthropic cause.

In 2021, we worked with 10 charitable organizations in launching the "Green Code Camp · Low-Code Challenge" campaign. We recruited 300+ technical philanthropic volunteers and developed digital management applications for 20+ philanthropic projects using Yida to advance digital transformation for charitable organizations.

At the end of September 2021, we launched the "big font and simple page layout" mode for the elderly, and made such elderly-friendly modifications to the user's app, making it easier to recommend popular products among the elderly, such as square dancing supplies and fishing supplies. Now, the app is providing services to over 3 million users.

Through technical and operational means, Alibaba Information Accessibility Committee is committed to solving the problems encountered by the disabled and the elderly when they use the Internet.

In November 2020, Alibaba Security, Alibaba Philanthropy and Baidu Security jointly launched the "Aligreennet Program", feeding philanthropic events to certain groups of consumers through the search bar to call for user compliance and rational consumption. Meanwhile, we launched a life-saving action based on risk detection. By working closely with the police department and professional institutions, we rescued over 4,400 people who intended to commit suicide due to depression. The psychological counseling hotline on the publicity page helped over 34,000 people.

In December 2020, the "Aligreennet Program" was selected as the best case of social co-governance in 2020 in the field of market supervision.
